Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in original, unopened packaging
  • Items must be unused and in new condition
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
  • Items must not be damaged or altered in any way

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used filters
  • Custom or special order items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Items without proof of purchase

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team via email or phone to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number
  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Include the original receipt and RA number
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team
  5. Keep your shipping receipt for tracking purposes

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or type of filter, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the item you need.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
